Coconut Toffee 200g

Coconut rock, also called coconut toffee or coconut candy, is a popular confectionery made from freshly grated coconut, sugar, milk, and water. The process involves grating coconut, making caramel by heating milk, sugar, and water until it reaches a “hard crack” stage, adding the coconut to the caramel, shaping and cooling the mixture, and then breaking it into pieces. The resulting treat is known for its sweet and nutty flavor, along with its crunchy texture. Coconut rock is a favorite snack in Sri Lanka where coconuts are abundant.
